At Balloon Kings, we are committed to providing high-quality balloon products and services. Due to the perishable and event-specific nature of our products, we have established the following return policy:

1. Order Cancellations:

  • Standard Orders: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time are eligible for a full refund.
  • Custom Orders: Custom or personalized orders require a minimum of 72 hours' notice for cancellations to qualify for a refund.

2. Returns and Refunds:

  • Defective Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund.
  • Non-Defective Products: Due to hygiene and safety considerations, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for non-defective products once they have left our premises.

  • If a delivery is delayed or missed due to an error on our part, we will offer a full refund or reschedule the delivery at no additional cost.
